As a Principal at Equity Launchpad, I focus on two core missions:(1) Finding and connecting with great business owners ready for the next chapter, and(2) Building lasting partnerships with investors who share our vision for scaling legacy industrial companies.Our focus at Equity Launchpad is acquiring and growing mission-critical infrastructure businesses. These are the companies that keep our communities and industries running. This includes chrome and precision plating, water and wastewater treatment, and industrial service providers along the Gulf Coast.My role blends research, outreach, and relationship-building. I spend my days sourcing off-market opportunities. Connecting with family and founder-owned businesses that have built something meaningful and helping them explore ways to unlock liquidity, growth capital, or succession options that protect their legacy.On the capital side, I collaborate with family offices, private credit partners, and high-net-worth investors to structure deals that are transparent, value-driven, and aligned with long-term success.Our thesis is simple: Acquire exceptional industrial businesses, strengthen their foundations, and scale them into durable platforms.We’re not private equity. We focus on industrial plating, water and wastewater services, and precision manufacturing.My Role:• Sourcing & Outreach: I research and connect with family and founder-led businesses that fit our platform strategy, often before they’ve entered a formal sale process. My goal is to build genuine relationships with owners, understand their goals, and help them explore options that protect their legacy while unlocking growth or liquidity.• Capital Partnerships: I collaborate with family offices, private credit lenders, and high-net-worth investors to structure equity and debt solutions that align with the needs of both operators and owners.• Strategic & Financial Analysis: I evaluate potential acquisitions, assess fit within our existing platforms (H&M Plating and Mercer Controls), and support deal execution through financial modeling, industry research, and management presentations.At Equity Launchpad, we’re not traditional private equity.
