He is a licensed Civil Engineer in California and a Mechanical Engineer in California and Washington State. He is a Licensed General Contractor, both A and B. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a Construction Management specialty from the University of Illinois. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a General Contractor (A / B), and a real estate agent.As the founder and president of RavenTek, Butch brings his extensive experience in program and project development and execution, including land development, planning, contracting, construction, environmental, public works, transportation and utilities experience.
