   As Business Analyst: Earned Value Management / Project Manager, my responsibilities are to lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements, terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. Have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the UFMS team. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the UFMS team. Identify and document requirements and analyze these requirements from a business perspective. Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work with the client and the I/T Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements to I/T solution requirements. Computer software utilized Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Products (Word, SharePoint, Excel and Visio, Etc.) and Microframe Program Manager (MPM). Hold a DOD security clearance.
