Mentor athletes and develop hitting, slapping, and pitching skills utilizing unique and individual-specific techniques• Leverage Hudl and Right View Pro to provide video feedback to pitching athletes; compare their skills with those of elite athletes to increase confidence• Organize and direct Pitching Clinics for over 120 players and at least 20 coaches including: preparing and sequencing skill lessons, techniques used and timeframe allotted to do so; preparing syllabi for parents and coaches; ensured clinic was successful and addressed/solved all related issues etc. • Direct and evaluate recruiting videos for Division I; II; and NAIA athletes: organize views and angles to best showcase athlete’s skills and provide helpful feedback throughout process
