Markets don’t reward narratives. They reward discipline, execution, and respect for constraints.After 26 years in the nonprofit world, I began studying and investing in single-family housing as an asset class in 2008. I’ve been a licensed RE/MAX agent since 2011 and have been operating in the Metro Atlanta market since then.Today, my work spans single-family sales, investment, and asset management with a focus on execution, risk control, and durable outcomes.Alongside my U.S-based work, I’m occasionally asked to advise investors and operators before they engage unfamiliar, non Western environments. My focus is upstream of deals, helping principals think through cultural and relational risk, pacing, and how intent is interpreted when English fluency masks very different decision logic. I don’t source opportunities or represent interests locally. I help teams slow things down, read the room accurately, and decide whether engagement makes sense at all.
