Succession and Exit Planning: In the mature years of the business it is important for business owners to have a well thought out plan to move from the day to day owner operator to stepping back with a passive income from a well-run business or cashing out their hard work. Brennan has 7 industry licenses: Series 7 & Series 66 securities licenses, life, health, disability, property & casualty insurance licenses as well as three professional designations: AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary), CLTC (Certified in long term care), and WMS (Wealth Management Specialist).Brennan lives in Frederick with his wife Kathy and has a newborn daughter named Rosalie. He is President of the LeTip of Frederick networking group, volunteers as an assistant coach for the Hood College Men’s Lacrosse program, and participates occasionally in other team sports such as rugby with the FRFC (Frederick Rugby Football Club).
