INVESTORS: Discuss their goals and objectives, review their portfolio, help align current and future changes with those goals and objectives. This includes addressing ownership entity issues, working with your CPA/Attorney/Financial Advisor to protect your holdings, measuring current performance and those darn capital gains taxes! Investors love to use options we discuss, allowing them to sell investment property, defer capital gains tax and reinvest those proceeds into holdings that match their current objectives.
