As part of the Store Design team, I lead the creation and coordination of store layouts, fixture plans, and design packages across all phases of development. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, on-brand retail environments that reflect TJX Canada’s evolving design standards and customer experience vision.• Develop and refine store layouts, fixture plans, and detailed CAD drawing packages for new stores, remodels, and special initiatives.• Collaborate with architecture, merchandising, construction, and operations teams to ensure design intent is maintained from concept through execution.• Review and redline consultant and vendor submissions to confirm alignment with design prototypes, brand standards, and technical accuracy.• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and external partners to communicate shell and interior requirements, resolving design queries and site clarifications.• Support multiple concurrent projects by tracking schedules, deliverables, and approvals to meet deadlines and uphold design quality.
