responsible for conducting internal audits, updating, and developing quality procedures.•Coordinate internal audit processes and scheduling of internal audits with ISO 9001:2015•Maintain and update the quality management system, including procedure enhancements,revision changes, and overall process control•Monitoring the audit cycle program to ensure it remains effective and up to date •Ensure PPM’s are carried out on a given period as mentioned in the Annual Maintenance Contract. •Ensure that required AMC’s are updated. • Ensure that building insurances are in place, up-to-date, and premiums are paid. •Identify processes, situations, etc, where Kaizen is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement•develop audit plans, audit schedules, and internal auditing/testing parameters•Assist all departments in documenting processes, work instructions, flow charts, and related paperwork•Ensure that proper documentation and follow-up are being done on every incident reported and standard protocols/procedures are followed. •Ensure that all above documentation are updated and uploaded in Master Plan. • Prepare audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed•Ensure all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate Action plan, and ‘Work In Progress’ comments are provided after an appropriate interval for each action until completion•Engage with continuous knowledge development regarding ISO requirements, recommended best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards•Conduct follow up audits / checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure other actions arecompleted•Report audit findings to management, including on-going corrective/preventive actions, and theeffectiveness of those actions put into practice• Monthly Report Submission on all projects which are not in compliant with the requirements. • Escalate critical items observed during the audit.
