Hello there, I am Buse Göğüsger. With close to 11 years of dedicated service at the fintech industry, I presently hold the role of Senior Reconciliations Analyst. Long before that I played an instrumental role from inception for The First Universal Payment Transfers Company of Turkey (UPT Inc.) which provided the fertile ground for cultivating my expertise in payments, money transfers and banking. Throughout my journey, my involvement with the Financial Operations Team has honed my skills as a pragmatic problem solver. In my dedicated roles as a Financial Operations Manager and a Business Process Analyst, I\'ve cultivated adaptability in dynamic environments and refined a keen eye for detail. My innate curiosity fuels my passion for collaborative endeavors and effective communication. As an organizational enthusiast, I derive immense satisfaction from streamlining processes for the betterment of all. Within my responsibilities, I embody the roles of a dependable team member, nurturing colleague, and supportive manager. My personal philosophy shies away from self-aggrandizement, favoring the delivery of excellence without ostentation. However, this perspective sometimes undersold my capabilities—an insight that has spurred a shift.
