   I spent ten and a half years at the Third Street Promenade store in Santa Monica, California. In May of 2015 I transferred to the Fashion Place store in Murray Utah. Starting in April 2020 I worked from home for Apple performing sales support through chat from the website. In the fall of 2020 I transitioned to phone sales from home. What a great experience with a company that knows how to support its employees, helping us be the best resources we can be for our customers. Having returned to the stores I most recently served as the Training Lead for the Fashion Place store, facilitating training for sales, technical, and manager new hires.I have done a great variety of things at Apple over the years: Prepare and present classes to customers, train employees, share information about and sell computers, phones, and other devices, mentor new employees, and interact with some of the best people on the planet, colleagues and customers. I continue to learn and grow in this position because of the interaction with my fellow employees, the customers who keep me on my toes, and the company\'s constant focus on customer service.
