I\'m not the typical fit to lead a marketing agency. I detest common marketing tactics involving manipulation and privacy invasion. I don\'t want little short-term wins that contribute to big long-term cultural harms. With 20 years of experience tackling national security missions, adopting an adversarial perspective is natural to me. But humans are often our own worst enemy, individually or collectively. It takes humility to practice self-criticism and recognize challenges that aren\'t just from external enemies or competitors, but from the systems we build, the incentives they create, and the behavior that leads to. I aim for foresight in life and business - seeing beyond the short term \"win\" to the long-term ripple effects of choices for clients, industries, and society. Business isn’t just about outcomes measured in dollars for me. It’s a field for testing my integrity in real situations, a vehicle for personal growth, and way to build the kind of relationships that come from shared struggle towards a common goal.
