I’m a real estate development professional with 18+ years of experience managing complex capital projects across public infrastructure and industrial real estate sectors. After leading large-scale transportation and rail initiatives across the Americas—including a 240-mile high-speed rail project—I earned my MBA from Rice University and pivoted into industrial development, bringing a systems-based mindset and financial rigor to the big-box built environment.Currently, I manage the end-to-end delivery of over 2 million square feet of tilt-up warehouse and logistics facilities. My role spans the full project lifecycle: site selection and land due diligence, financial modeling, procurement strategy, design management, construction oversight, lease up and disposition.
