Recruited to support the launch of a newly reorganized model of service delivery focused on the creation of career communities. Charged with the development and oversight of two career communities: Law and Politics, and STEM. Responsible for providing comprehensive services to all students, faculty, alumni and employers within each community. Other major duties include creation and management of social media campaign, professional etiquette dinner, and other special programming. Achievements:• Conduct over 450 student career appointments per semester.• Deliver over 30 classroom presentations to over 400 students per semester. • Outreach semesterly to over 100 faculty members resulting in collaborative workshops, specialty services, and several committee partnerships.• Plan and execute annual Professional Etiquette Dinner hosting over 85 students, alumni/employers, and faculty. • Develop and manage Career Center’s strategic plan for social media usage leveraging industry best practices. • Forge and develop connections with employers garnering “Employer in Residence” and “Site Visit” opportunities.
