I’m a Talent Acquisition professional who believes recruiting is equal parts strategy, intuition, and a little bit of magic.With over five years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a strong foundation in Human Resources, I’ve learned that great hiring isn’t about checking boxes; it’s about building communities within companies. I’m currently earning my Bachelor’s in HR Management and preparing for my PHR certification because growth is my comfort zone.In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the mental and behavioral health space, I focus on bringing compassionate, mission-driven talent into roles that support individuals and families during some of their hardest moments. It’s meaningful, people-centered recruiting—exactly where I feel at home.As a military spouse, I bring empathy, adaptability, and purpose to everything I do.
