Provide direction, leadership and oversight to a core management team and staff dedicated to transportation, facility maintenance, food service, logistics, energy management and grounds maintenance- Manage capital improvement projects, upgrades, remodels and new construction- Develop strategic plans to forecast needs and program budgets for routine operations and major purchases- Develop requests for proposals and oversee competitive bid processes for acquisitions- Oversee risk management and insurance for the district- Work directly with the superintendent, the district leadership team and elected Board of Education to enhance the learning environment for students and staff- Completed a 17 project capital improvement program due to passage of a municipal bond sale approved by voters that will see the addition of 5 completely new facilities, 2 nearly complete rebuilds, and 8 major renovations. Under budget and delivered on time!
