I love the challenge of finding pragmatic solutions to the problems organizations face. I\'ve learned to pair data analysis with authentic listening to understand patterns and the people and processes behind them. My career has spanned media, higher education and non-profits — from the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games to the Pew Research Center to the Deseret News, where I serve as publisher.
