Worked as an internal 3rd line IT Support Engineer at Fignum in providing IT Support to Bluestone Credit Management employees within the Organization, across different departments, who specialised in the Finance & Mortgage & Dept Collection sector.The role involved pretty much all in-house IT related matters such as log, track and prioritize support requests, managing and troubleshooting hardware & software issues, setting up and managing user accounts / permissions, setting up devices and routinely managing & patching of endpoint devices including monitoring the performance of key IT systems using SolarWind, ensuring devices are protected against cyberthreats and are compliant, implementing ThreatLocker & SentinelOne as threat detection & prevention applications, setup & support VPN, maintaining the IT & Network infrastructure and any other IT related matters such as Asset Management & Procurement to ensure a smooth and effective business operation is maintained.Also contributed to various IT projects such as migration of data from Google Drive to Microsoft OneDrive, Asana Migration, implementation of SentinelOne & ThreatLocker and Zoho Manage Engine and Log360 Cloud.
