About Mark Burhop
I am interested in all aspects of virtual 3D software development. This currently revolves around the creation of 3D design software for real life product design in the CAD, FEA, and CAM domain. I can go pretty deep into all these areas and can easily get into the facets, elements or GCODE of the technology. My main focus the last few years has been on additive manufacturing (3D printing), generative design, analysis, optimization, and robotics. I\'m expanding into deep learning, 3D web technologies, and augmented reality. My first love is software development but you can only do so much as a one man band. The last few years I have been involved in product management, marketing, business, and now research. I have several existing or upcoming patents in additive manufacturing.
