We were given a group project, where I was able to lead my group to create reasonable solutions backed up with real life data to tackle the challenges faced by high street shops due to a decline in footfall. We were ultimately able to come up with three different solutions which we had implemented for the company and used real life data collected by us to prove that our solutions should work. We finally created a professional PWC standard power point presentation with the challenges and solutions and all of our research which we carried out over the whole week and presented our findings to the senior members of the company, who were amazed by our presentation.We also had the opportunity to meet few of the partners of PWC who had been with the company for over 20+ years and was able to ask insightful questions which reinforced my desire to work within the accounting sector. Finally we got to experience the different sectors within accounting with a focus on Auditing.
