ABOUT BURHAN KHURSHEED

I bring a unique and diverse professional journey that spans across technical support, Network Associate, content development, and recruitment, underpinned by a strong foundation in analytical thinking and communication. I began my career in 2020 with Tech Mahindra as a Tech Support Associate, where I gained hands-on experience in client interaction and issue resolution. Driven by a deep interest in governance and public service, I took a career break to prepare for the Civil Services exams, during which I successfully cleared JKAS Mains twice and appeared for the interview once—a phase that honed my problem-solving, time management, and critical reasoning skills. Post this enriching journey, I joined Frixl as a Tech Support/Network Support Executive and spent over two years supporting users and ensuring smooth network operations. Alongside this role, I pursued my passion for education by freelancing with Sleepy Classes, a reputed EdTech platform, where I contributed as a content developer for Civil Services aspirants. Currently, I am working as a US IT Recruiter at ConglomerateIT, where I continue to build on my people skills, adaptability, and understanding of the tech landscape. My journey across varied fields has equipped me with a well-rounded perspective, a deep sense of discipline, and a strong adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments.
