ERP monitoring by reviewing invoices on holds and follow up with respective teams to be able to meet with SLA • Review of Genpact/GE monthly metrics; RCA on core KPIs; TAT, data accuracy CRM, debit balance. etc. • Being part of Global Reviews with post transition review of pain points, SLA issues or process concerns • Invoice payment purpose audit approver (META)-Review of invoices where payment purpose is a requirement from the bank • Testing for any change in ERP that is impacting any of the regional processes • Supplier communication regarding contracts, changes and purchase orders to regional AP Suppliers (mailroom, contractors and storage) • Management of contractors (salaries, POs, contract management for company) and My Payment process for META • Being escalation point of contact on AP invoice processing and CRM related activities • Support external & internal audits
