As a high-energy commercial leader, I\'ve built my career like a pyramid, with each diverse experience across primary care, vaccines, and specialty sectors forming another block in my foundation. My global, regional, and in-country roles throughout the entire product lifecycle have created a solid, broad-based structure supporting my strategic leadership approach.Most of the “defining” moments in my career came from taking on roles that, at first, made me uncomfortable, then eventually resulted in tremendous personal growth and impact such as launching a blockbuster vaccine, where I witnessed healthcare\'s true power.Today, as Global Head of the Rare Disease Franchise at Sanofi, I drive strategy, growth, and execution of our rare disease portfolio. My promise remains constant: to tackle the toughest challenges with a sense of urgency and compassion and with patients in the heart of every decision we make, to listen and advocate for the rare disease community, and to build pathways that make success more accessible for the next generation of leaders.
