   Leading the technical accounting and revenue accounting operations, to advise business partners, C-Suite and FP & A regarding an in-depth understanding and state of the company’s operations, business strategies and processes across Roku’s all revenue streams including Streaming Players, Roku TV, Ad Sales, Buttons, Audience Development, Premium Subscription and Content Distribution. Primarily responsible for establishing, maintaining and communicating accounting policies and serving as a key technical accounting resource on application of business dealings and implementation of new accounting standards and updates, as well as- Managing revenue accounting operations team to ensure timely and accurate accounting of monthly results and related disclosures- Partnering with SOX team to monitor business for compliance with GAAP and the company’s accounting policies and to evaluate accounting and reporting processes for consistency and improvement where needed- Working closely with the external and internal auditors to resolve issues for the timely issuance of financial reports- Represent accounting in various strategy and alignment meetings with management at Director, VP and Officer level.
