Worked in FMCG and Energy Companies as a Business Analyst, System Executive and Business Partner to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management and relationship management. Placed in Digital Transformation Program as a CRM and Analytics Project Manager and Team Leader. Retained knowledge and experience on SAP-based digital transformation, building up Customer-driven architecture and organization, CRM, Customer Excellence, Digital Marketing and Analytics. Joined PwC Europe Advisory Services in 2018 and worked for both PwC Turkey (Istanbul) and PwC Germany (Munich).
