Throughout my 20+ years of experience I mastered mainly two skills, adopting new solutions and technologies and troubleshooting, which extends to problem solving. I\'ve put these aquired skills to action when I started my own startup business specializing in Mac services and support.This type of experience came in handy while I worked with multiple organisations and being a part of different teams for various projects. During my degrees I was trained to systematically analyse any given challenge and find the most efficient yet easiest approach to tackle it. Moreover, I studied the core technologies in different sectors which has formed a knowledge base to rely on and start the journey of keeping my information up to date.My passion and understanding to the philosophy behind Apple products has always inspired and motivated me to insure delivering the best service the end user expects.Having had the chance to live and work in three different countries, in addition to speaking three key languages aided me in appreciating and understanding different cultures and helped me overcome cultural differences within a work environment.Writing short stories as a hobby along with my aim to be a novelist, have always pushed me to pay attention to details. Therefore utilizing such a skill in both professional and personal has became my daily habit.
