Lead the Group Network Services Transformation Programme for Network Finance, shaping the financial strategy for how network services and products are transformed and commercialised across markets, JVs, and divested entities• Partner with senior Technology and Finance leaders to co-create a scalable, integrated model that accelerates transformation and growth• Lead a team of four finance professionals, fostering high performance, collaboration, and delivery excellence across transformation workstreams• Co-design financial architecture to allocate costs transparently, addressing depreciation, asset linkage, and attribution logic• Align financial models with operational KPIs, service catalogues, and demand forecasts to ensure integrated planning and performance tracking• Lead the transition to the new operating model, ensuring accurate actuals, reconciliations, and reporting integrity• Define and govern financial data structures (SAP, WBS, master data) to support transparent tracking and consistent insights• Embed financial logic into tooling for demand and effort tracking, linking operational execution to commercial outcomes• Continue to serve as Senior Technology Finance Controller – Europe & Africa, ensuring strategic alignment across transformation and operational finance
