   Braden brings a diverse range of experience to Panacea’s team of Project Managers and Superintendents. He has managed and performed a wide variety of projects across the federal, public and private sectors for Panacea and his own companies over the years, ranging in HVAC, road construction, roofing, water & plumbing systems, PV solar installation, concrete, elevators, carpentry, and facilities maintenance. Currently, Braden is working on Panacea’s Project Management team in manager, coordinator, and superintendent roles. He is responsible for jobsite visits, bidding and estimating, and overseeing labor and paperwork throughout each project’s process. His responsibilities also include maintaining accurate and up-to-date communications with the Owner and various prime/subcontractors to deliver quality execution, on-time and under-budget.Braden’s roles include directing office administration and site logistical planning, on-site supervision, staffing, project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, compliance, safety, business development, and quality control activities for selected projects.
