My approach is different and so are my results. I believe innovation shouldn\'t be limited to product development. Employees are the cornerstone of a successful business and a company\'s people and HR strategy should reflect that. With that in mind, I integrate business insights with organizational development strategy to create fresh, human-centered solutions that help businesses accomplish ambitious goals. Sometimes this means addressing complex challenges that are an immediate threat to a business. Other times it means predicting and proactively resolving future pain points that will sprout after the next growth milestone. I work collaboratively with HR departments, C-Suite teams, and functional leaders to create data-informed, actionable plans that effectively address their business objectives. In addition to executive coaching, I also design programs and workshops in the following areas: leadership, strategic HR, governance, emotional and cultural intelligence (the last one is particularly relevant for companies that are global or aspire to be.)
