About Fatima Bunafoor
As a Principal Consultant with over 10 years in DEI and racial justice, my journey has been focused on collaborating with organizations to discern their equity needs and create actionable plans. I also served in roles leading and supporting DEI and racial justice initiatives. In my most recent role, I served as Director of Talent and Equity in a shared role for 4 Pittsburgh-based arts organizations, facilitating DEI initiatives and supporting Human Resources operations. This first-of-its-kind role in the sector, allowed me to realize these organizations\' vision for DEI, and streamline Human Resources operations, and staff management processes. I managed those priorities with a focus on advocating for equitable workplaces and nurturing organizational growth through culturally responsive frameworks.
