ABOUT STEVEN BULLEY
I’m a people-first, commercially minded leader with extensive experience leading multi-site teams across banking, retail, fitness and service-led environments. I’m known for leading from the front, building trust quickly, and creating cultures where people feel supported, accountable and proud of the service they deliver.Alongside my professional career, sport has shaped who I am as a leader. I began gymnastics at grassroots level as a child, retired at 18, and returned to the sport 20 years later. At the age of 39, I became the British Men’s Adult Champion and have since represented Great Britain at international competitions across the world. This journey has taught me resilience, humility, discipline and the value of inclusive environments where people are encouraged to believe in what’s possible. In my leadership roles, I bring those same principles into the workplace, steady leadership during change, clear expectations, consistent coaching and genuine care for people. I have a strong track record of improving customer experience, engagement and performance, including leading operational turnarounds and developing high-performing leaders.I’m particularly passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and helping others grow, whether that’s developing managers, supporting teams through change, or breaking down barriers in sport and the workplace. I believe great results come from environments where people feel seen, supported and challenged to be their best.
