Spending over two decades in the IT network and cybersecurity field has shaped me into a professional who\'s all about flexibility, know-how, and striving for the best. My journey is packed with experiences in protecting vital systems, specializing in network setups, and tackling advanced security threats. In the IT world, I see myself as a solution creator, a guardian of security, and a builder of business-supporting tech environments. As technology continues to evolve, so too will the threats we face, making constant vigilance, learning from past incidents, and implementing robust security measures all the more crucial. Holding CCNA and CCNP certifications, my skills are more than just book-smart—they\'re about getting things done, from the server room to cloud-based solutions. I\'ve got a solid background in working with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, showing my commitment to keeping networks safe and sound. I\'ve worked my magic on Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate, HP, Meraki, and UniFi systems, ensuring reliable services for everyone depending on them. Managing IBM SAN setups and VMware environments, along with being a whiz at Microsoft domain and Office 365 admin tasks, shows my wide range of tech talents. I\'ve made sure that team communication is secure and effective, keeping collaboration and safety in sync. Dealing with fast-changing threats, I\'ve boosted defenses with Microsoft\'s security tools, keeping a step ahead of tricks like phishing and malware. Risk management for me is about strategic defense, making sure digital strongholds are secure. Handling change management is something I do with care, making sure tech updates align with our big-picture goals. My all-around approach to IT includes designing power systems and managing ISP communications to ensure everything runs smoothly. But my story isn\'t just about tech achievements; it\'s about seeing IT as a key player in business success. I\'ve always aligned tech strategies with company goals, making sure tech decisions boost overall performance. I\'ve expanded my expertise into cloud computing with three years of experience in Azure, alongside skill enhancement in Microsoft 365, Entra ID management, and Microsoft Purview. Leading cybersecurity awareness and training programs, I\'ve strengthened our defenses by empowering our team to effectively recognize and mitigate threats, ensuring a proactive approach to our security posture.
