One of my research work on section 56(2)(viib) of IT Act 1961, has been built as a new case law.4. A rich and practical knowledge of sections of Income Tax Act.5. Preparation of various applications like Condonation of delay, MA, adjournment applications, additional grounds.6. Have make Grounds of appeal to be filed in CIT(A) and ITAT.7. Going to the ITAT for hearing of the cases, filing Paper Books, seeking adjournment etc.8. Have also appeared in the Benami Tribunal for hearing of the cases.9. Working on cases of TP, Black Money also.
