As Chief Operating Officer at Alpine Macro, an independent investment research firm in Montreal, I oversee operations, finance, product development, and technology across seven countries. Notable achievements include:1. Led the end-to-end strategic partnership and acquisition of Alpine Macro by Oxford Economics-overseeing every stage of the transaction as both COO and CFO, from due diligence and negotiations to financial structuring and successful close (2025).2. Improved financial, operational, and sales processes at Bus.com, contributing to the successful raise of CAD $20 million within a 13-month mandate. This was achieved by collaborating across departments and applying prior experience and best practices to drive results (2018).3.
