I am accountable for leading the supply strategy and operations for externally manufactured generics product portfolio for all dosage forms in all categories. Our responsibilities cover third party supply management; net demand planning, demand-supply alignment, supply readiness for new product launches, order fulfillment, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics coordination, customer service, and operational excellence. The scope consists of Finished Good products as well as API, bulk, excipients and packaging materials. I am responsible for budgets and financial deliverables of the business unit. Our team manages appr. 220 suppliers (CDMO/CMO/BD/B2B partners) based out of EMEA region, plans and executes 750M USD worth of purchases annually with portfolio of ~7K SKUs. Thru 8 leaders, I am leading 60+ associates located in Germany, Bulgaria and Croatia, and making alignment with wide range of cross-functional stakeholders globally. Reporting to VP of Third Party Operations EMEA, I am currently a member of the senior leadership team in EMEA Third Party/External Manufacturing and Supply Operations.
