I lead technology at Darkhorse, where we build analytics and decision-support software for fire, EMS, and emergency dispatch agencies across North America.We help emergency services make better decisions about deployment, resource allocation, and response — backed by rigorous analytics and software that\'s built to handle the operational reality of the job.My work spans product development, cloud infrastructure, engineering leadership, and security/compliance.
