For more than two decades, I have worked at the intersection of products, channels, customers, and revenue. My career began long before AI, SaaS, and digital transformation became boardroom priorities—on the frontline, in sales, trade marketing, channel management, retail operations, and distribution across India and the Middle East. Over the years, I have led commercial growth across consumer electronics, electricals, retail, OEM ecosystems, and enterprise businesses, including a 25% market-share gain and a 22% margin improvement at Elekta Gulf in Dubai through disciplined demand forecasting and channel execution.That commercial foundation shaped how I think about technology. I do not treat analytics, automation, and AI as standalone disciplines; I treat them as business tools that should solve real operational problems, accelerate growth, strengthen brands, and create measurable outcomes.Today, I serve as Head of Marketing at Sorigin Group, a Suzlon-backed conglomerate spanning EPC, renewables, EV, insurance, and heavy logistics. I lead marketing strategy, branding, GTM execution, digital transformation initiatives, and growth programs across the group\'s portfolio companies. A significant part of my work happens upstream of the build: identifying operational bottlenecks, validating opportunities, and shaping technology-led initiatives before they enter engineering, so what gets built is commercially viable and operationally practical.My MTech in AI & Data Science from IIT Patna formalized the technical fluency I use to lead product, design, and engineering conversations without depending on anyone else\'s translation.
