   1.6 billion dollars-Federal Way light rail link extension project.Head of utility coordination for the project. Conducted weekly meetings with 3rd party utility providers (Comcast,Lumen,PSE, and Sound Transit) and managed their work progress, scheduling, and defined their scope of work.Approved/prepared change order packages.• Solely managed electrical sub-contractor (Amaya), which had a 20 million dollar contract with Kiewit for ITS, street and site lighting, and low voltage scope at the project.Tracked and forecasted subcontractor’s costs.Reviewed/negotiated/approved change orders and monthly invoices.• Supervised electrical and low voltage work scopes for 3 train stations and 3 garages.Coordinated with other disciplines. And ensured the electrical crew was following all the Kiewit safety protocols and rules.• Coordinated permanent and temporary power scope for the project, including the civil and electrical work.• Carried out purchasing for Kiewit Electrical Group.Collected/reviewed/approved the quotes.Did estimating/take-offs.• Open and closed-out permits with AHJs for self-performed electrical work. Lead the punch list walks with the city’s officials.• Performed cost and schedule analysis.Tracked submittals.Scheduled CRM design meetings with the client and the City officials.Managed and close-out NCRs.• Lead the weekly design meetings with the Subcontractor and the engineers.
