Rishi is a highly experienced IT professional, able to provide strong test management consultancy, having gained a broad range of experiences and skills within a variety of disciplines and industries.He has worked on several large Agile development projects as a Test Manager, Lead and Coordinator. He has designed, implemented and consulted on several strategies based purely on Agile, Continuous Integration, BDD and TDD, in conjunction with more formal testing phases, such as System Integration testing and Regression testing, using the more prosaic waterfall approach.More recently he has worked in an offshore / outsourcing management capacity, ensuring a successful transition of QA operations previously conducted in the UK, to an outsourcing services company in Singapore. Here he also developed test KPI’s and measures to meet them.Back in the UK, Rishi assisted a client in successfully implementing one of their most ambitious projects to date, acting as the test lead and mentor within a multi-disciplinary team, working to extremely tight deadlines; The team\'s efforts were later recognised formally in the form of the prestigious \"IT Project Team of the Year\" award by the UK IT Industry, in 2013.Rishi\' s latest challenge was at The Ministry of Justice, London - where he fulfilled multiple test lead roles, most recently as the Head of QA on the HMCTS Reform programme. Providing strategic direction and support for QA as a service across 18 work-streams, helping to transform their existing legacy platforms to newer technologies using Agile SAFe methodologies.
