André F. Bueno is a multidisciplinary real estate developer, investor, and educator whose career bridges institutional finance, community development, and civic innovation. Beginning his career on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, he gained expertise in capital markets, risk management, and portfolio strategy—skills that now guide his leadership in impact investing. Over the past decade, he has structured or pursued more than $4 billion in public-private real estate initiatives, transforming how cities finance and deliver affordable housing.As Chairman of Bueno Group and Chief Investment Officer of Better Angels, André oversees mixed-income, modular, and master-planned housing projects that strike a balance between financial performance and social outcomes.
