Manage all scales of production with the production crew for CBS Austin and Telemundo Austin. Delegate projects to producers and editors as best suited per project. Shoot, edit, write, direct and cover all aspects of daily production. Work closely with sales staff to keep projects within client\'s budgets. Keep a healthy relationship with clients in order to keep them as returning clients. Produce tv commercials, promos, long-forms, and special projects as assigned. Purchase and maintain equipment, software and accessories needed for daily production needs. Organize and structure monthly billing reports as well as work with GM to hit monthly budgets.
