Moved into Program Management for this new client to oversee and coordinate project teams encompassing all of LSI\'s worldwide offices- Project & Engineering Management of a Greenfield 1MM bushel grain storage facility along the Mississippi river providing truck load / unload, drying and barge loadout for the largest privately held company in the US- Development of new clients and expansion within existing company relationships in western Arkansas for the automotive, power generation and steel manufacturing industries including a 3 year $4MM EPC effort serving Project, Construction and Safety Management roles- Day to day activities include execution of project work plans and schedules effectively applying LSI’s project standards to minimize exposure and risk to ensure scope, schedule and budget objectives are met to the satisfaction of the client.
