Searching and developing new Vendor in Domestic Market for various Materials. Maintain Vendor Data Sheet and Enlist New Vendor in ERP System & Send Enquiry (RFQ) as per Vendor Data Sheet. Follow-up for quotations with Technical Specification Commercial terms and Conditions. Tabulate Comparative Data Sheet in aspect of Technical and commercial Acceptance. Price & Payment Terms Negotiation with Technical and Commercial Terms Acceptance with vendors for Price, favourable commercial terms like payment terms (Open Credit) delivery, LD clause, Extended warranty, Delivery terms (CIF, FOR, FCA), Tax & duties (as per incoterms 2010 etc). Issuing Purchase Order in ERP System after getting Approval from all signatories. Follow-up to Maintain Delivery Schedule and Material Quality Inspection & Issuing Dispatch Instruction. Contact Store & suppliers regularly to Co-ordinate with emergency material supply. Vendor development, vendor rating based on various criterions such as timely delivery, percentage for rejections, actual quantity in reference to order, etc. In case if any rejection materials from stores interaction with quality control dept get the report and send back to the vendors. Solving the discrepancies in Indent GRN, Purchase Bill etc. Readied purchasing records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
