Streamlining initiatives reduced average implementation timeframe from 60 days to 45 days per new client. Conduct onsite and remote project meetings with client’s executive and technical staff during the implementation and delivery of system software. Generate additional business income by providing professional services for work that would have otherwise been completed without charge. Successfully assimilated staff resources and support for clients’ software from an acquired competitor into the corporate support processes and procedures. Reduced the overall staffing level by 10% while maintaining advertised service level agreements. Introduced a system migration plan to upgrade the clients’ legacy software from an Access database solution to a.Net web-enabled application with zero downtime or loss of data.
