With over 15 years of experience as a director and manager of quality assurance / engineering teams, I have successfully led and executed QA/QE initiatives for enterprise grade SaaS and VoIP applications across multiple domains and platforms. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations, using a holistic test strategy, modern automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, root cause analysis, and meticulous documentation.As the Sr. Director of Quality Engineering at Globality, Inc, I was responsible for streamlining Jira workflows, onboarding TestRail, implementing the Cypress test automation framework, and leveraging crowd sourcing for on-demand staff augmentation. These efforts resulted in significantly more test coverage, greater stability, faster delivery, and improved efficiency for the QA/QE team. I also instilled a data-driven mindset within the team and leveraged industry standard quality metrics to bring visibility and accountability to the QA/QE process. My mission is to empower QA/QE teams with the best practices, tools, and skills to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of SaaS and VoIP applications.
