About Jody Buck
My passion is putting psychology to work and using my skills in data analysis, systems thinking, and storytelling to help businesses, leaders, and their people thrive. The field of HR is one that increasingly needs the evidence-based and data-informed lens of I/O psychology and design thinking to enact people-centric programs and initiatives that cultivate a workplace people love. I love being part of an innovative and collaborative team that gets to tackle hard business challenges from a people perspective while enhancing the employee experience through thoughtful and inclusive organizational design, talent management, career growth, and leadership development programs. Human Resources is about humans. As a human, I am always on the hunt for a fantastic breakfast sandwich, am a weekend interior designer and DIY\'er, and lover of dogs, especially my own little guy, named Doug.
