President of Impact Fire Services I currently oversee six Districts and one finance center within the state of Texas.*During my tenure as President the company has seen a 40% growth in overall revenue with only a 5% increase in SGA; 230% growth in EBITDA; DSO lowered by 5 days; and the average revenue by technician has increased 22%. This was accomplished by streamlining district level processes, training, and incentive programs.*Continually working with Division Managers to educate and streamline budgeting and long range forecasting and growth. Focusing heavily on P&L responsibilities that impact their bottom line which in turn promotes District level ownership and essentially a higher bottom line.*Maintaining accountability with the District Managers by reviewing and judging results versus budget and adjusting areas as needed in each location.Continual promotion of training programs in house and through supporting agencies along with state licensing to ensure we have the best and highly educated employees in the Life Safety Business for our customers.*Controlling and implementing uniformity within the District offices by identifying procedures that work and utilizing them throughout to streamline and increase profitability and customer service.*Report Directly to CEO and Board of Directors. Accountable for all P&L and financial aspects of the company.*Strategic planning of long range organic growth with existing offices and through future green field offices and to identify and pursue growth potential through key strategic acquisitions.
