With decades of experience in private practice and in-house legal leadership, I have played a pivotal role in steering companies through complex transformations, regulatory shifts, and high-stakes litigation. I spearheaded the legal strategy and execution of GE’s historic multibillion-dollar spinoffs of GE Healthcare, GE Vernova, and GE Aerospace. Leading a global team supporting $120B in business operations across 180 countries as Vice President and Chief IP Counsel for GE, I oversaw numerous critical enterprise functions, including IP litigation, privacy, cyber law, environment health and safety, and corporate sourcing. As General Counsel for GE Global Research, I directed the legal team for GE\'s research centers worldwide, managing access to highly sensitive next-generation and business-critical data.My success has been guided by a steadfast commitment to servant leadership. I have deeply enjoyed developing top legal talent, leading large global teams, and helping professionals find their voice in high-stakes environments. Relationship-driven, I have worked extensively with senior government officials and regulators in the US and internationally, bridging the gap between business imperatives and public policy.
