About Robert Buchinski

WHO I AM, WHAT I KNOW, HOW I WORKI am not your average Instructional Designer. From ADDIE To Agile, Pedagogy to Andragogy, my training strategy has evolved. My current training focus is on creating performance-based, Kirkpatrick evaluation metrics to levels 3 and 4. The Hybrid training model I use includes all learning features available as needed. I have mastered the top five eLearning tools. My current go-to tools are Storyline, Rise, Captivate and Camtasia. My performance-based learning objectives are observable, measurable, and quantifiable. I follow Adult Learning principles, use an Agile development methodology, and have LMS Content Administrator experience to tie it all together. I use a SharePoint or Wiki platform as a central hub for all learner support links including discussion forums:student-to-student, and student-to-facilitator. I seek placement with a world-class organization that values training and can utilize my special set of skills to optimize workforce education investments. I await my next training intervention challenge.
