   Architect level engineer responsible for pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, product value proposition and explainability. Project Management; responsible for running large scale POC / POV programs for potential customers’ production environments running in AWS, GCP, on-prem, and hybrid. Setting all expectations, milestones, deliverables, pricing, success criteria, multiparty management and coordination, orchestration, implementation, deployment, documentation, feature request feedback loops back to development, weekly cadence calls, code updates / upgrades, discovery, and results analysis. Duties also included documentation; installation, implementation and orchestration, user, administrator, troubleshooting, internal architecture, clustering and scalability, disaster recovery, API structure, query language syntax. Product Management; responsible for direct customer feedback on product features and functionality, documentation of such and scope of work needed to incorporate said requests into demonstrable value proposition, managed development team on vanguard features with turnaround times of less than seven days.
